Wychwood King Goblin
If you've liked Wychwood's well known Hobgoblin, and I certainly have, then you'll probably go nuts for this, which is even better in a kinda the-same-but-different way. King Goblin (the voice of old Barry Humphries echoes in my imagination...) is much smoother going than its sibling and a really delicious beer. Great, assertive malts but a nice hop balance too. A little strong at 6.6%, this finely crafted ale slips down way too easily and is extremely satisfying. Very Highly Recommended.
