La Chouffe
This Belgian ale has a light, yeasty, full flavour with excellent head retention and rich yellow colour. It definitely reminds me of one of my favourites, Maudite, from Unibroue in Quebec, but has its own unique appeal. Another fairly strong beer at 8%, this little gem comes all the way from the Ardennes, where it's brewed with all natural ingredients. Recommended.
