Rhinelander Brewing Company Lazy Mutt Oktoberfest

With a smooth yet spritely mouth feel and a stunning, vibrant amber colour, this 5.5% Oktoberfest from Rhinelander Brewing Company doesn't disappoint. *They* say it's a German style lager (perhaps after the manner of a dunkel) yet it really is more like an amber ale. With an excellent hop balance (21 IBUs) yet robust malt flavour and some fruity tartness, this brew is remarkably easy drinking and enjoyable. It's well carbonated yet somehow smooth, if that makes any sense. This is a great beer that I'll happily enjoy again. Highly Recommended.
