Nogne Imperial Brown Ale
This Imperial Brown Ale all the way from Grimstad in Norway is one of the strongest-tasting beers I've ever tried. Wow! There's an instant hit of super malty goodness and bright hops. This is one you have to roll around in your mouth for a bit because it's got so much flavour. Fairly strong at 7.5% and a little on the expensive side, this ale would pair well with red meat or strong cheeses. I can just see those jolly Norwegians all quaffing this round the campfire as they roast a troll. :-) Highly Recommended.
